Ready for Halloween 2022 in Ibiza ? Ethereal is back at Las Dalias & Akasha!
The organizers said:”In the hands of Ethereal, the spookiest night of the year is dedicated to Dante’s work of art The Divine Comedy. Displaying its creativity and originality, the inventive Ethereal brings to life Dante’s Inferno and Purgatory on Halloween night. Guests will be experiencing every level of horror! On Monday 31 October 2022 at Akasha, Las Dalias, art and music will come together in a wicked display. Kicking off the winter season at one of its primary Ibiza venues: the charming. In line with the energy of the north of the White Isle, Ethereal’s Halloween party creates an imaginative world of Dante’s hell and purgatory plus a wicked mix of musical, visual and kinaesthetic artists, to bust open the doors of perception with the original spirit of Ibiza.
To start off the event at 8:00 pm, the superb AIGUA, a musical project by the Javier Ferrer, will be getting the soundtrack going in the Garden. Renowned resident at Storytellers events, the Ibizan DJ and producer has shared the booth and studio with some of the finest names in the industry, including Sven Vath, Avicii, Steve Lawler, Black Coffee, and many more, besides being one of 200 Ableton Certified Trainers, a testament to his mastery of the tool. Having been Ushuaïa’s studio CEO, Javier also founded Metrica Sound Studios, as a specialist in immersive audio and the use of music as a therapeutic tool. Ethereal regulars and island-favourites, the deeply evocative Medusa Odyssey will be playing live. The Ibiza-based duo use synthesizers, electric guitar, flutes, vocals and drum machines to craft a dreamy ethnic sound unlike any other.
Island and Ethereal, the professionally trained pianist and vocalist Maricha will contribute her unique fusion of her own live vocals, deep house, afro-house, downtempo and chill-rave that she calls “intelligent dance.” She is loved for her dreamlike sets at intimate sunset parties as much as her wild dance energy on larger dance floors captivating massive crowds.
On the decks next for a four-hour back-to-back, island legend Ibàn Mendoza and SIS inside the dazzling Akasha Club. The two will be turning it up another notch, SIS with his unique style of house music born out of his passion for music from his childhood. Awarded Producer of the Year and Tune of the Year in 2008, the widely acclaimed German DJ and producer consistently smashes it wherever he performs. With him, Ibàn, cherished across the island and beyond for his ability to enthral dance floors, he has played all over the island’s finest nightclubs for decades, including DC10, Amnesia, Privilege, Pacha, and the late Space. Crowned Best DJ in Ibiza by the DJ Awards in 2014, Ibàn distinguishes himself for his energy and skill behind the decks as well as the power and imagination of his musical repertoire. Resident DJ Edoardo Marvaso, a part of the Ethereal family from the start, will also be on the decks. Inspired by the musical lushness of the island, the Ibiza-based DJ combines modern electronica and vintage grooves, mixing techno with house both in his productions and DJ sets. Working in electronic music since 2000, when he launched his own record label and started touring the world, the music producer and DJ has also been the mind behind the first editions of Sonica festival, the first-ever electronic music festival in Italy. Now he is also in charge of the Ethereal record label and booking agency. On top of his residencies on Ibiza, he has been a regular guest at international events such as Glastonbury Festival, Universo Paralello, Voov Experience, Fusion Festival, Rainbow Serpent, Creamfields, Boom, Glade, as well as releasing tracks on Vapour, Tropical Beats, 7 Oz, SFS Music, Sweep 181 Quanticman and Nuhar.
Having already made a name for itself for creating a genuine space for artists and guests alike to share their dreams and individuality, Ethereal runs from 8:00 pm until late on Monday 31 October 2022 at Las Dalias and welcomes everyone open arms.
