SNOWBOMBING 2020 announces second wave of artists!
The festival will take place at Mayrhofen, Austria from 13th – 18th April 2020.
The organizers said:”The greatest show on snow: Snowbombing announce the second wave of acts set to perform at their highly anticipated 2020 event, taking place at the stunning alpine resort of Mayrhofen, Austria from 13th – 18th April 2020. As the dust settles after dropping their biggest ever first release, the Snowbombing team are back with an eclectic, genre spanning second wave of DJs and live acts to add to the 2020 bill.
Making waves at the top of the bill, techno kingpin: Alan Fitzptrick. Adding a dark versatility to the line up, the Drumcode regular is a sure fire way to bring deeply underground vibes and a waves of epic basslines to any party. Up next, illusive underground DJ and producer – Claptone. The masked selector has seen a meteoric rise to fame over the past few years – making a huge impact on the international scene along the way with a succession of chart topping hits and sell out shows across the globe.
A duo of party starters like no other – Snowboming 2020 braces itself for Solardo. The Manchester natives have wasted no time making a name for themselves as the biggest party boys on the house music scene. Combining massive beats and even bigger party vibes, Solardo make a very welcome addition to the Snowbombing bill.
Also taking headline duties, ultimate house don Sonny Fodera. Known the world over for his unique, floor filling house sets, the Defected regular’s soul infused big room house stylings add more than a touch of depth to the all star line up.
Next up, vibey electronic duo Boots and Kats join the bill alongside Eli Brown who promises to bring an electrifying set filled with big room bangers to keep the party pumping late into the night. BBC Radio One’s very own Mistajam also makes a welcome return as well as funk legend Grandmaster Flash.
UK Garage icons DJ Luck & MC Neat also make the cut, along with the legendary Heartless Crew plus live PAs from seminal 2-step vocalists Shola Ama and Sweet Female Attitude sure to keep the Old Skool Garage fans firmly on their feet.
Elsewhere on the bill, Jansons make a welcome addition before the first of 2020’s breaks offering – Plump DJs bring electro back to the mountain alongside Stanton Warriors, and Krafty Kuts. Rounding off the announcement, multi genre selector Redlight brings his unique sound to the Austrian resort.
Indie party brand Propaganda also announce a three day take over at The Arena with some of the genre’s brightest stars including Ash, Reverend and the Makers, Pigeon Detectives, We Are Scientists and The Futureheads.
Having been the biggest name on the indie party scene for over a decade, Propaganda are the UK’s ‘go to’ event series. Now decamping to the Alps, Snowbombing’s Indie kids are advised to watch this space for further announcements.”
