Boomtown 2019 – AREA 404 presents: Carl Cox, Amelie Lens, Ben Ufo b2b Joy Orbison & many more!
The event take place at the Matterley Estate between the 7th-11th August, in Hampshire (UK).
The organizers said:”Alongside amazing levels of production and a passion for building one of the most eclectic festival line-ups in the UK, the Boomtown team have this year curated a line-up that for the first time includes a Techno area – AREA404. A ground breaking new stage area for Boomtown; Industrial, post-apocalyptic and expansive with a dedication to the raw sounds within the electronic music spectrum.
Featuring some of the biggest names in the genre, artists such as Four Tet, Carl Cox, Amelie Lens, Dense & Pika, SAMA’, Skream, Eats Everything and Ben UFO b2b Joy Orbison will pay at AREA404’s Nucleus stage with the remainder of the line up being packed full of interesting up and coming talent as well as a stage hosted by Rinse FM to celebrate 25 years.
With 66,000 people attending the music, arts and theatrical festival last year. 2019 is about protecting the environment, reducing the carbon footprint, limiting single use plastic, reducing human impact and running the festival sustainably through renewable energy.
We’d love you to attend with camping and entrance being provided should you wish to attend, with a complimentary plot saved for you at the exclusive Boomtown Springs area of the festival (you’d need to bring your own tent). We’d be ideally looking for a preview and review in the publication as well as artist interviews and social media activity once on site for the duration of the festival.”
