Ibiza in January? The revenge of nature!

Ibiza in January? It’s the perfect month to discover & explore the white island.

First of all: if you are a clubber and you are looking for parties…forget about Ibiza 😉 … this is the most quiet month of the year, 90% of the venues are closed and there is a truly small list of events (read us to be updated lol).

Then, if you want to explore Ibiza and discover the island under a different perspective… welcome to Ibiza.

First of all, the climate is temperate, during the day it can reach 16-18 degrees centigrade, but during the night is cold, especially in the internal areas of the island.

Then another beautiful news:  hotels,  car rental and the restaurants (especially for lunch) will cost less than summer, so  your holiday could be  approximately 30-40% less expensive.

Ok, let’s start our trip from the beaches. Do you remember Salinas, the beach where there is no space to put a towel during the summer?

It seems a Caribbean beach… beautiful and empty… it’s bit windy but fantastic…here you have a picture that we have taken  today…

From Salinas to “Her majesty” Es VedràCala D’Hort (in the picture below) without the crowds is an unmissable experience… Sometimes in Cala D’Hort you can admire unforgettable sunsets… (the picture was taken on January 3rd 2019)

Not far from Cala D’Hort there is another iconic beach: Cala Comte.

Do you remember that during summer park in Cala Comte  is almost a “mission impossible” Ibiza version?  Well…forget it, now everything is easy, and you can spend the beautiful moments there (this picture was taken January 2nd, 2019).

On the way of Cala d’Hort you can also visit one of the most intriguing venues of Ibiza: “Time and space”, named also “the Ibiza Stonehenge” (for the complete story & details read also DISCOVER IBIZA: TIME & SPACE ). Picture taken on January 2nd 2019.

Then, if you want to watch breathtaking  sunsets, you have many options, as the “classic” (but quiet) San Antonio  sunset boulevard … (this is the sunset of january 1st 2019).

But there are also   exclusive venues such as Hostal Sa Torre (still in San Antonio area), where you can eat, have a drink, hear good music and watch a great wonder of nature.

But…don’t forget… also in Ibiza, in Martina Botafoch, you can watch beautiful sunset… as this one that we admired yesterday…

In Ibiza there are also groups that organize trekking and excursions, and you could discover many specific aspects of the island… soon we will talk about it.

So, are you ready to discover Ibiza in January?

Book your flight and be ready to live a “truly different island”.
