Yesterday night passed away at the age of 66, Joan Tur (in the picture below with the wife, the journalist Maribel Torres & the daughter Anna), one of pioneers of the radio in Ibiza.
He founded Ibiza Global radio, that actually is directed by his daughter the dj and producer Anna Tur, and previously was the Director of Radio Popular Ibiza and started the TEF, the television of Ibiza & Formentera.
The team of Ibiza By Night extend the deepest condolences to the family Tur and especially to our dear Anna Tur.
