“Hola Sundays” since two years is probably the most interesting appointment of Sunday in Ibiza.
The events are hosted every Sunday, starting at 4,30 pm, at Ocean Drive Ibiza Hotel and the concept is very intriguing.
The magic formula? Good music, networking and small conferences.
Ibiza by night met Teo Molina (in the picture below), producer of the event and director of the successful magazine Fiesta Y Bullshit and it was a really nice talk.
IBN: When and how is the project “Hola Sundays” born?
TEO: Hola Sundays! Was born at the end of 2015 in Ibiza with the aim of giving support to the artists of the island. In January 2016 we celebrated our first event at the Marina Botafoch Hotel Ocean Drive. During 18 weeks we tried to know through its sessions and interviews to the artists that move the electronic scene of Ibiza throughout the year. In this 2017 we re-take the project incorporating novelties such as the free masterclass for Djs on Social Networks, Marketing or Production.
IBN: What is the concept of Hello Sundays?
TEO: Hola Sundays is divided into three sections. The first one is the Sessions Djs. Every week we have guest artists where inside the great atmosphere of Ocean Drive, is the perfect place to have a drink among friends. The second area is Workshop, every week we bring an electronic device to Hola Sundays! So that the producers of the island can know it more deeply. In addition to the exhibitions and our flea market. The 3rd section of Hola Sundays is our meeting place for professionals of electronic music in Ibiza. A place for interviews, meetings and exchanges of ideas among professionals in the sector.
IBN: The goal of Hola Sundays?
TEO: Our main objective is to promote and support the artists of Ibiza. To those who are older and to those who are less. Under the artistic direction of Yawä and Sonotone as residents of Hola Sundays! and me, as director of Fiesta & Bullshit we try to give prominence to the people who work for and for this island.
IBN: Future projects?
TEO: The most immediate future of Hello Sundays! Is to continue every Sunday on Ocean Drive until the summer season begins, where we will continue to hold events in different places on the island of Ibiza. As always from our platform we will support the artists who make this island of Ibiza great.
